REGISTRATION PROCEDURES


2020/2021 SESSION STUDENTS’ REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

You are welcome to Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria. Please carefully follow the registration procedures outlined below. Section A - Registration

  • Applicants who applied to Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic can check their admission status by a click on the "Check Admission" link on https://nubapoly.edu.ng
  • If you are successful, then print your admission notification and proceed to your department for academic screening.
  • After academic screening, proceed to make payment for Acceptance Fee using any of the available options (Online payment or Bank branch payment).
  • If your payment is successful, you would be required to create your School Account and choose a password to open.
  • In your School Account, click on "Printable" link and print your Acceptance Slip. Also click on "NHIS Tiship" link, proceed to pay and print receipt for Tiship.
  • Proceed to your School for administrative screening (JAMB applicants are required to bring along with them, JAMB admission letter) with all the printed documents.
  • After administrative screening, open your account again, click on "Printable" link and print your original Nubapoly admission letter.
  • In your School Account, click on "Payments" link, generate your fees schedule and invoices to make payment using any of the available options (Online payment or Bank branch payment), then print your payment receipts and proceed to course registration.

Section B - Course Registration/Documentation

  • After Registration steps above are successful, click on "Student Details" link and provide all the necessary information.
  • Click on "Course Registration" to do your course registration.
  • Click on "Printable" to print your Personal data form 'A', Course data form 'C' (course registration form).
  • Print and attach all relevant documents to the Central and Departmental Files. Submit the Fles to Registration Officers and your Department to complete your documentation respectively.
  • 5. Note that all HND and NDII Special are required to submit copies of Statement of Result/Certificates accompanied with a Passport Photograph duly stamped respectively.
